Very responsive and good communication. Pickup and delivery of vehicle. Loaner car would have been better nonetheless.

My service agent John was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I bought a new tire during my service visit, on my way home it punctured and failed. John sent a two truck and rental car to where I was roadside. They took my car back to Bentley and I went home. The next morning my tire was fixed and car back in service. John was amazing!!

After 8 months of headaches and disappointments @ Post Oak Motor Cars in Houston, Mark and the service team at Bentley Austin/Hi-Tech motors repaired my ongoing suspension issue and rattling issues in one visit.

I was greeted at the dealership showroom in a very pleasant manner by a young woman whose name I did not get, and was directed to John, with whom I had spoken by phone previously. John was friendly and efficient getting my Flying Spur keys ordered and paid for. Parker in the Parts Department was pleasant and efficient answering questions regarding the details and specifics. It was an outstanding experience from end to end.

One thing is for certain, the leadership team at Bentley Austin cares and will take the steps necessary to make things right if they arent always perfect. Had a minor issue and general manager stepped in and made everything align with the expectations when you think Bentley. Definitely love the product! Looking forward to working with them again. Service department was extra responsive as well. Highly recommend.
